Hana Li

Handled: A Hypnophiliac Relationship

Who handles you? Where have you left fingerprints today? What marks do we leave on each other? Handled questions community as a construct of arbitrary gender and class differences.  This innovative performance will use revolutionary audience dynamics to suggest a new awareness of self and association as sleep and waking.

Hana Li has a passion for deconstructive imagery and a deep love of the unconventional. Between the three of them they've danced barefoot in Death Valley, been lost naked in the New Mexican woods at midnight, and watched the aftermath of 9/11 from the chaotic vantage point of a drum circle in Union Park. Kyle Doering, Sabri Sky and Hana Li have never collaborated before but are now eagerly combining their experiences as queer artists to make something that will turn heads... inside out.
