Through Another's Eyes

Born and raised in Taos, New Mexico, Peter Gilroy is captivated by all aspects in the art of creating. He plans on finishing up a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Photography fairly soon and then will be going on for a Masters in Architecture. His social concerns lie in creating a bigger, friendlier, sustainable community. When he is not working on art, he keeps himself awake by rock climbing.

Through Their Eyes: On the Fringes
The plight of homeless men is one that gets little attention in the art world. This project will essentially be a look at the lives and spaces of homeless men through their own eyes. By giving them cameras and asking them to document their lives we can see the world around us in a different way. We can view the fringes of our society as these men connect us to both their trials and joys in life.
